Assam Electronics Development Corporation Limited (AMTRON) invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement of Operational Support Personnel (OSP) for implementation of FMIS modules under ASPIRe, AS-CFMS, under Finance Department, Govt. of Assam.

The employment is purely contractual in nature initially for six (6) months. Interested and eligible candidates may apply only online for the same, through the official website of the Corporation (www.amtron.in) from 08.01.2024 to 15.01.2024.

 Age limit/Eligibility

Must not be less than 18 years and not more than 44 years in respect of General/Unreserved candidates, not more than 47 years in respect of OBC/MOBC candidates and not more than 49 years in respect of SC/ST candidates and Person with Disability (PwD) as on 1st January 2024. The age relaxation shall be applicable only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational qualification prior to crossing of 38 years of age. There will be no provision for age condonation.

 How to Apply

Interested eligible candidates may apply online by visiting this website i.e recruitment.amtron.in from 05:00 PM, 21 December 2023 till midnight 10 January 2024. A candidate can apply only ONLINE through the website recruitment.amtron.in. No other mode of application is acceptable. The online application can be uploaded following the steps mentioned below:

  1. Visit recruitment.amtron.in/OSP/
  2. Register yourself into the website
  3. Login using your Registration No and Date of Birth.
  4. Fill-up form/ upload all documents mentioned therein and submit the online application form

 Tenure of Engagement

The Contractual engagement will be initially for a period of six (6) months.

 Method Of Selection

Shortlisted candidates only can download the Admit cards for the Written Test.Written Test will be conducted on respective domain knowledge and experience mentioned against each role. List of shortlisted candidates will be notified in the website recruitment.amtron.in,and shortlisted candidate will be informed via SMS/e-mail. Date of written test for shortlisted candidates will be intimated throughrecruitment.amtron.in. Candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for viva-voce which will be held at Guwahati. No TA/DA will be entitled for appearing in the Written Test and Viva-voce.

 Documents to be uploaded

  1. Educational Qualification Certificates and Mark Sheets from Class X onwards
  2. Certificates of Professional Qualifications as desired against each role.
  3. Age Proof Certificate (Birth Certificate/Admit Certificate of Class X)
  4. Proof of Permanent Residence
  5. Certificate issued by Competent Authority prescribed by the Government regarding their status as SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PwD
  6. Experience Certificate on relevant field from Ex-employers.
  7. Self-attested passport sized photograph.
  8. Scan copy of Signature
